The Marble Trough
Translucent leaves, a wavy sphere, a single bloom
Pale veined marble trough
- Queen of the Nightcactus
- Cooper's Haworthiasucculent
- Brain Cactuscactus

A short note
A composition built around a single anticipated event: the night-blooming flower of the Queen. Beside it a translucent Haworthia cooperi glows like cut glass, and a wavy-ribbed Brain Cactus anchors the far end.
All three prefer bright indirect light over fierce sun, and a gentler watering rhythm than most desert plants. Their forms — strappy, jewel-like, cerebral — could hardly be more different, but their colour palette is one quiet green.
Bright indirect light. Water every two weeks in growth; reduce in winter.
Pale veined marble underscores the cool greens and the translucency of the Haworthia. Top-dress with fine white grit; a single piece of polished stone makes a natural focal point.
