The arrangement
A short note
A jewel box of small cacti. A bright pink Moon Cactus glows against the white-haired Old Lady, while a star-shaped Bishop's Cap holds the third corner in quiet grey-green.
All three are slow, compact growers that suit a windowsill cabinet. The Moon Cactus is grafted and shorter-lived than its companions, but supplies the singular splash of colour.
Care
Bright indirect to filtered direct light. Light watering every three weeks in growth; dry in winter.
Styling
A glossy deep-indigo glaze frames the pinks, whites and silvers like a Dutch still life. Top with pale buff gravel to lift the contrast.
